Saraj al-Nisaʼ Baygum was among the first group of female students at the University of Tehran. After returning to India, she sent this article to Sadiqah Dawlatabadi who appears to have edited it, possibly for publication in Zaban-i zanan.

Sadiqah Dawlatabadi's lectures on various topics, including a speech in support of government bonds, a speech on Franco-Persian relations and the life of women in Persia, and the speech "Woman is the foundation of rational life," along with an invitation [in French] addressed to Qamar Taj and her husband ʻAbd al-Husayn Sanʻatizadah for a lecture by Sadiqah Dawlatabadi at the College Feminin in Paris on 20 July 1927, entitled "Franco-Persian relations and the life of women in Persia."
